About Drs. Güneri
Drs. E. Güneri obtained her medical degree at Hacettepe University in Ankara (1982–1989) and trained as an occupational physician in 1994. After moving to the Netherlands she completed the Dutch medical examination at Erasmus University Rotterdam (2004–2007) and the KNMG youth-physician training at TNO Leiden (2011–2013).
From 2007 to 2023 she worked as a physician in youth healthcare (JGZ) in Zoetermeer, Capelle aan den IJssel, The Hague and Rotterdam, and from 2023 to 2025 as a dosing physician at the Star-shl thrombosis service in Rotterdam. Earlier she worked for more than nine years in occupational health in Ankara.
She completed her training in cosmetic medicine at IMPLACADEMY (2023) and the accredited injectables programme of Academy StICG (2026). She is the author of an English–Turkish medical dictionary (Ankara, 1997), a member of Rotary Club Zuidplas and consults in Dutch, English and Turkish.
